Consent, in writing
Photo consent is shown, versioned and agreed before a driver's first photo. It can be withdrawn at any time, and the photos go with it.
POPIA-alignedFuel Savings, the Driver app, Car Guard and Cold Chain: four systems, one platform, one sign-in, one console. Running today, on real screens.
Built for the people who run, finance and protect vehicles across Africa
One platform, one sign-in, one console. Each system is switched on per client and billed on active vehicles.
Privacy and control are part of the product, not an add-on. Here is how every client, driver and owner is protected.
Photo consent is shown, versioned and agreed before a driver's first photo. It can be withdrawn at any time, and the photos go with it.
POPIA-alignedStored outside the web, opened only through a signed-in review page, and deleted after the client's retention period.
Private by defaultEach client's data is its own. A financier sees totals from clients who opted in, and nothing about named drivers.
Isolated per clientDriver and owner PINs are stored hashed and lock after repeated wrong tries. Sign-in is protected against guessing.
Hashed, rate-limitedReviews, consent changes and alarm actions are logged with the person and the time.
Full audit trailEach system is a switch per client. What is off does not appear, and its pages refuse.
Per-client switches
We measure fuel variance flagged, missed discount captured, trips with a known driver, defects found before departure, time to act on an SOS or alarm, and platform uptime.
Start a pilotA client buys only what they need; each system is a switch on their account. Financiers see the programme across clients, never their drivers or positions.
Card file and tracker reconciliation, a missed-discount finder, trip planning with card limits, and partner and prospect reports.
PIN clock-in with evidence photo, a driver on every trip, pre-trip inspection, SOS, and fuel and rest stops. Works without signal.
The owner's iPhone app: arm when parked, disarm with your own PIN, alarms by push and email, and a control-room view.
Probe readings against each load's range, excursions with acknowledgement, and a temperature log as PDF or CSV.
Drivers, licence and PDP expiry, depots, vehicles, a live map, and one console for all of it.
Card limits per stop: litres, rand amount and a time window. Re-planned from where the truck is now, not this morning.
Any bank layout, a dry run before anything is saved, and a file uploaded twice is never counted twice.
The portfolio across clients who opted in. Usage that bills itself, as a CSV for invoicing, plus prospect reports.
FS04 opens the exceptions. FS10 ND902 opens that truck. Save any screen under a code of your own.
How the platform fits together, how it is billed, and how drivers, owners and clients are protected.
Every fill-up is checked twice. The fleet-card statement says what was paid; the truck's own fuel sensor says what went in. We match them one by one: when they agree, it is saved; when they disagree, it goes to a reviewer who decides, with the card, tracker, time and place side by side on a map, and the decision kept on the record.
Each system is switched on per client and billed per active vehicle per month. Car Guard is billed per guarded vehicle. People & Assets is included with every module, so a client pays only for what they use.
The driver agrees first (POPIA). The phone checks a face is present, the photo stays private and is deleted after the retention period, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. PINs are four digits, stored hashed, and locked after repeated wrong tries. There are no shared logins.
No. Each client's data is its own. The programme view shows totals per fleet from clients who opted in; driver names and vehicle positions are never shown there.
Yes. Clock-in, pre-trip inspections, SOS and fuel and rest stops work on the driver's own phone, or on a shared tablet at the depot gate, paired once with a one-time code.
Weeks 1–2 connect vehicles, fuel probes and the card-statement feed. Weeks 3–6 baseline today's fuel variance, missed discounts and trips without a driver. Weeks 7–12 switch on alerts, planned fuel stops, clock-in and inspections, and compare against the baseline.
